Where do I find the security code?
The security code is printed on the package of your Unichem HRP product — usually next to the batch information. Each code is unique and is assigned to a single production unit.
How many times can a code be checked?
There is no limit on checks. The first successful check marks the code as verified; every following check of the same code returns an «already verified» status so you can see if someone has used the code before you.
What does «code not found» mean?
The code you entered does not exist in our production database. This strongly suggests the product is counterfeit. Stop using it and contact us at [email protected].
Do I need an account to verify a product?
